    All prices are clearly listed on our website, product catalog, or as quoted during consultations. There are no hidden fees; however, applicable taxes, delivery, and installation charges will be explicitly mentioned in the invoice.

  2. Custom Products
    For custom-designed furniture and artworks, pricing is determined based on material selection, dimensions, and design complexity. A detailed cost breakdown is provided for approval before production begins.

  3. Pricing Tiers

    • Standard Collection: Ready-made furniture and decor items are priced according to their category and specifications.
    • Custom and Bespoke: Tailored pieces are priced uniquely, ensuring they meet your personalized requirements.

  4. Discounts and Promotions
    Periodic promotional offers may apply to select products, as communicated through our official channels. Bulk orders by architects and interior designers may qualify for tiered discounts or loyalty benefits.

  5. Payment Terms
    Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved EMI options. For custom orders, a 50% advance is required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance payable upon completion or delivery.

  6. Adjustments
    Laboro reserves the right to revise prices in response to market conditions, material costs, or updated product designs. Revised pricing will not affect already confirmed orders.

Shipping Policy

Elegant Standard Delivery:

  • Swift Processing: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Timely Delivery: Expect your order within 3-10 business days, excluding public holidays.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available only for lightweight items such as artifacts, vases, and bookends. For heavyweight furniture items such as dining tables, dining chairs, console tables, side tables, and center tables, shipping charges will apply.

Additional Details:

  • Calculated Order Value: The order value is determined after applying discounts, VAT, GST, or any other relevant charges.
  • Global Craftsmanship: Our exquisite products are crafted in multiple countries, including India, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Warranty Information: Please note, our products do not come with a warranty.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel your order before it ships, we will refund the entire amount minus a 3% payment gateway fee. Please provide your bank details for the refund, which will be processed to your account.

Addressing Partial Shipments:

  • Immediate Action Required: Should you receive a partial order or an empty package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your claim is considered. During our investigation, please adhere to the following:
    • Refrain from using the item for which the claim is raised.
    • Provide a brief description of the issue along with images of the item, package, and any other related boxes.
    • Refunds will be processed post-investigation, once the return is received and passes our quality inspection.
    • Keep all packaging intact until the return process is finalized.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds may not be issued if:
    • Insufficient information about the claim is provided.
    • Images of the item, package, and box (if any) are not supplied.
    • The item in question is used.
    • The item fails our quality check.
    • The item is found damaged upon receipt of the return.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • No Returns for Heavyweight Furniture: Please note that we do not accept returns for heavyweight furniture items such as dining tables, dining chairs, console tables, side tables, and center tables. Clients must return lightweight items, such as artifacts, vases, and bookends, at their own expense if they wish to exchange them. Free returns are not provided.
